We’re a small brand working hard to bring you high-quality apparel — and we want you to love every piece you order.


Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



1. Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in its original packaging


We cannot accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items marked “Final Sale”



2. Exchanges


If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@thornsapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll do our best to help you exchange the item, depending on availability.

If the replacement isn’t available, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.



3. Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you that we’ve received it.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect



4. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thornsapparel.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll replace or refund the item as soon as possible.



5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

1. Double-check your bank or credit card account

2. Contact your bank or card provider — sometimes it takes time to post

3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@thornsapparel.com



6. How to Start a Return


Email us at support@thornsapparel.com with:

Your full name

Order number

The item(s) you’d like to return

The reason for your return


We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.
