Welcome to THORNS Apparel! Below is our current shipping policy.
Because we’re a growing brand, some shipping times may vary slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated and make sure your order gets to you safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.
During busy times (such as new drops or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
United States estimated delivery time is around 3-7 business days and shipping fee is $5.95 (free for orders over $75).
Canada estimated delivery time is around 7-14 days and shipping fee is $12.95.
International estimated delivery time is 10-20 days and shipping fee is $18.95.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, contact us at support@thornsapparel.com.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you need to correct an address, email support@thornsapparel.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to catch it before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
THORNS Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, but we’ll do everything we can to help you resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@thornsapparel.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
Preorders & Drops
Some limited releases or preorder items may have different shipping times.
Any preorder or special release information will be clearly listed in the product description.
If you order multiple items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees charged by their country.
Delivery times for international shipments can vary depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.
